Professor Doutor Sachin Kumar Tiwary

Sachin Kr Tiwary fez graduação e pós-graduação na Universidade Hindu de Banaras e também completou o Diploma de Pós-Graduação em Arqueologia do Instituto de Arqueologia. Foi premiado com seu Doutoramento graduação em “Arte Rupestre da Região de Kaimur (Bihar)” pela Patna University, Patna, Bihar. Trabalhou no Levantamento Arqueológico da Índia, para o Governo da Índia em diferentes funções e em vários lugares da Índia entre 2009 a 2016. Desde 2016 que trabalha como Professor Assistente no departamento de AIHC e Arqueologia, Banaras Hindu University , Varanasi.
Recebeu o Nehru Trust Fellowship (Índia) 2013-14 pelo o tópico “Uma interpretação etno-arqueológica da arte rupestre do distrito de Kaimur em Bihar”. É membro fundador e vice-secretário da Wakankar Rock Art and Heritage Welfare Society (WRAHWS), Bhopal. É Editor Associado de uma revista internacional de pesquisa bienal, chamada ARNAVA. Conquistou o “Prémio de Inovação do Professor” por Inovações de Investimento Zero para Iniciativas Educacionais (ZIIEI), organizado pela Sri Aurobindo Society, Pondicherry em 2019. Foi Embaixador Indiano (Honorário) na Autoridade Reguladora Internacional das Indústrias Culturais e Criativas (ICCIRA), Bruxelas no período compreendido entre 2020-21.

PhD Sachin Kumar Tiwary

Sachin Kr Tiwary did his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Banaras Hindu University and also completed Postgraduate Diploma in Archaeology from the Institute of Archaeology. He was awarded his Doctorate degree in “Rock Art of Kaimur Region (Bihar)” by Patna University, Patna, Bihar. He worked in the Archaeological Survey of India, for the Government of India in different capacities and in various places in India between 2009 to 2016. Since 2016, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in the department of AIHC and Archaeology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.

He received the Nehru Trust Fellowship (India) 2013-14 for the topic “An ethno-archaeological interpretation of the rock art of Kaimur district in Bihar”. He is a founding member and Deputy Secretary of Wakankar Rock Art and Heritage Welfare Society (WRAHWS), Bhopal. He is an Associate Editor of an international biennial research journal called ARNAVA. Won “Teacher Innovation Award” for Zero Investment Innovations for Educational Initiatives (ZIIEI), organized by Sri Aurobindo Society, Pondicherry in 2019. He was Indian Ambassador (Honorary) to the International Cultural and Creative Industries Regulatory Authority (ICCIRA), Brussels in the period between 2020-21.
